Our quality policy
Our policy is to ensure high standards of quality in our products, process of production and personnel. We tell our employees, customers and collaborators about our standards. We are committed to ensuring that products comply with contractual requirements and also meet customer expectations, and we actively seek out customers' evaluations of our products to help us assess both the products and the process of production. If our work ever becomes subject to requirements in law, we will ensure compliance with these as well.
We recognise that the maintenance and improvement of our standards are essential for our success and reputation, and for the satisfaction of customers, collaborators and our own staff. To realise this aim, we have developed a Quality Management System (QMS), which has been approved as complying with the international standard ISO 9001:2000. This approval is a rare achievement for a consultancy such as ours. The certifying body is Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance and the certificate is LRQ 4002030. We are committed to our quality objectives and we will continue to review and update the QMS. We are also recognised as meeting the national Investors in People standard for effective investment in human resources. The certifying body is Business Link for Cambridgeshire and the certificate is 52129.
It is the responsibility of our senior management to set and review the quality objectives and to provide sufficient time and resources to achieve them. It is the responsibility of our staff to understand and meet the requirements of the QMS and to suggest possible improvements.
